Delete your EmberDeck account and request data deletion
This page explains how to delete your EmberDeck account, what data is removed, what may be retained for legal or security reasons, and how to contact support if you cannot access the app.
Primary method: delete from inside the app
If you can sign in, use the in-app deletion flow for the fastest processing path.
- Open EmberDeck and sign in.
- Go to Settings then Account & Security.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
- Complete identity verification if prompted.
If you no longer have app access, use the support request form below.
What gets deleted
- Account profile data: identity and account-level preferences associated with EmberDeck.
- Operational app data: non-essential stored app records tied to your EmberDeck account.
- Notification settings: configured notification destinations and account-level delivery preferences.
What may be retained
- Security and fraud records: retained where needed to protect service integrity and investigate abuse.
- Legal compliance records: retained where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- Billing and financial records: retained for accounting, tax, and payment dispute obligations.
Retained records are kept only as long as required for the applicable purpose, then removed or anonymized.
